HAVOC FEATURED MODEL CONTEST

OFFICIAL HAVOC FEATURED MODEL CONTEST RULES

Contestants will compete to become a sponsored SmokeFree Artist, $250 in awarded prizes, and be booked to perform at a HAVOC event.

Submissions

All contest participants must provide the following requirements:

• 1. Contestant must be SmokeFree, any evidence otherwise will be grounds for immediate disqualification
• 2. Contestant must reside in a current HAVOC city
• 3. Contestant must be 18 years or older
• 4. Complete Featured Model Application (http://www.HavocNights.com/models)
• 5. Provide MODEL PHOTOS (ONE head shot and ONE full body)

Note: Not every applicant will be selected as a contestant

Voting System

Anyone can vote on your profile! Tell your friends to help you win by visiting HAVOCnights.com.

The winner will be determined by accumulating ratings as submitted on HAVOCnights.com.

Voting will be open from the first to the last date of each month.

Winner

The Model who receives the most positive ratings will receive $100, be sponsored as a SmokeFree Model, participate in a professional commercial advertising photo shoot, and will be the featured model as part of HAVOC’s national print campaign.
